Advice and management are different scopes
Monthly content plans include practical advice about local visibility and your Google Business Profile. Taking on ongoing profile management or making changes for you is an optional service with a separate scope and fee.
You keep control
You retain ownership of your profile and remain responsible for its business information. If you authorize management, access is arranged using available account roles. North Fox Digital will not ask you to send your Google password.
Permission before changes
We discuss proposed updates, costs, and responsibilities before work starts. You approve business information, posts, offers, replies, and any material changes. No post or profile edit is made on your behalf without the access and approval you have agreed to provide.
Fees and ending service
Any management fee, third-party charge, and scope limit will be disclosed in writing. You can manage access to your profile through your account and can end delegated access when the service ends.
Reviews
Review requests should be neutral and based on genuine customer experiences. We do not offer incentives for reviews, filter review invitations based on whether a customer seems satisfied, or promise to remove a negative review.
